Notes on Business and Residential Accounts

JMAO eliminates those often cumbersome paper LOA’s, and as a result created a more efficient process. Orders are provisioned in 3-5 business days. Plans carry a $1.99 billing fee which is waived with monthly usage greater then $20.00.

• Each site offers a post paid Calling Card at $.099 per minute, which pays a residual commission of 10%.
• Retail Rate Plan options will be billed in straight six (6) second billing increments. International retail rate plan options will be billed in six (6) second billing increments, after the initial thirty (30) second billing increment, except for Mexico, which will be billed in full one minute billing increments. Calling Cards will be billed in six (6) second billing increments after the initial thirty (30) second billing increment.
• Each program requires a $2.00 set-up fee for both Calling Card and Residential Toll Free service ordered.
• Interstate rates listed above assume RBOC origination. Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) origination only. RBOC's are identified as the following: Ameritech (OH, MI, IN, WI, IL), Bell South (AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS,NC, SC,TN), Illinois Bell (IL), Indiana Bell (IN), Michigan Bell (MI), Nevada Bell (NV), Ohio Bell (OH), Pacific Bell (CA), Qwest (all 14 states), Southwestern Bell (AR, MO, KS, OK, TX), Verizon (CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NY, NJ, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV) and Wisconsin Bell (WI).
